Ms. Heyman-Kantor brings extensive litigation, women’s advocacy, and trial experience to Hale & Monico. She began her legal career as a Senior Assistant District Attorney at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office in New York City, where she served for over a decade. As a prosecutor, she specialized in cybercrimes, internet crimes against children, and domestic violence. She also handled complex white-collar and organized crime cases, supervising multi-county wiretap investigations into criminal enterprises. Her trial experience includes high-profile and celebrity cases, and she has successfully argued before the New York Appellate Division.

Before joining Hale & Monico, Ms. Heyman-Kantor worked in private practice, handling a broad range of civil litigation matters, including criminal fraud, complex commercial disputes such as negligence, landlord liability, and breach of contract.

Ms. Heyman-Kantor has appeared numerous times on the Law & Crime network as a legal analyst and has worked as a legal technical advisor on several television shows.
