Mother Killed by Truck

Our client, a 47-year-old single mother of three sons, was driving to work in the very early morning. At that time, the defendant truck driver was also driving on I-55. While driving to work, our client’s vehicle struck a crash barrel and was broken down in the far right lane of travel. At trial, expert testimony was presented that the truck driver who struck her should have seen her if he was paying attention and would have had time to change lanes.
